we have been watching craigslist for months and months now, trying to find a floor sander. we finally found the perfect one and picked it up this morning. now we are so excited to finish our wood floors – although it will probably have to wait until august.
and now – here is joel’s new toy (on top of the horribly ugly floor we will be refinishing!)
