Joel and I are both taking this entire week off. We kicked off our vacation with errands - a trip to Salvation Army to help clear out our garage and a trip to Home Depot (we make trips to Home Depot several times a day) to get our Christmas tree!




We've been remodeling our home and are almost done with the kitchen. (or should I say Joel's been remodeling the kitchen and I've been the handy helper?) Here's a "before" picture and a "now" picture.





Update on the [rat attack] - we set SEVEN traps last night and woke up to SEVEN still set this morning. I hope we've gotten rid of the problem!
